2. Categories of Data We Collect
- Identity and contact data, such as name, email address, organization, and phone number.
- Support and project information voluntarily shared in messages and requests.
- Technical data, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and basic server logs.
- Mobile app content and profile data, such as garment photos, profile photos, optional appearance or fit details you provide, generated clothing descriptions, generated try-on images, and support screenshots.
- App operational and account data, such as pseudonymous internal app user IDs, subscription or access status, trial or generation counters, device and app version data, and anti-abuse or reliability metadata.
3. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request.
- Legitimate interests, including service security, troubleshooting, and business operations.
- Legal obligations where record retention is required by law.
- Consent where required, such as optional non-essential cookies.
4. How We Use Personal Data
- To respond to inquiries, provide support, and manage client relationships.
- To design, build, deploy, and maintain mobile applications and related infrastructure.
- To analyze garment photos, suggest clothing names or categories, and generate virtual try-on images at your request.
- To route requests through our controlled proxy infrastructure and selected AI or infrastructure subprocessors needed to deliver those features.
- To monitor reliability, enforce trial or subscription access rules, detect abuse, and protect systems and users.
- To comply with legal duties and demonstrate policy compliance to app marketplaces.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
If you use clothing analysis or virtual try-on in our mobile apps, the app may transmit selected user content from your device to infrastructure operated by Vision Publishing LLC and to third-party AI providers so we can fulfill the feature you requested. This can include uploaded garment photos, profile photos, optional appearance details, prompts or generated descriptions, generated outputs, and a pseudonymous internal app identifier.
Depending on the feature and active configuration, these requests may be processed through providers such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Replicate. We use this sharing to analyze garments, generate requested images, maintain service reliability, enforce access limits, and prevent abuse. We do not sell this content.
We may also share data with hosting providers, security tooling, payment processors, email providers, and professional advisors strictly as needed for operations. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and security.
6. International Data Transfers
We are headquartered in the United States and may process data in the US or EU infrastructure regions. When mobile app features use our proxy or third-party AI providers, processing may also occur in other regions where those providers operate. When required, we apply contractual and organizational safeguards for cross-border transfers.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security requirements.
For mobile app AI requests, uploaded source images are transmitted through our proxy and external providers to fulfill the requested action. We do not intentionally persist those source images in the proxy policy database as part of routine request handling.
We do retain limited operational records such as pseudonymous user IDs, subscription or access cycle data, generation event metadata, support correspondence, and compliance or security records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, enforce access policies, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Generated outputs, imported images, and profile content may also remain locally on your device until you delete them from the app, your device, or your photo library. Third-party AI and infrastructure providers may apply their own transient processing or log retention rules to requests handled on their systems.
8. Your Privacy Rights
- Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection rights under GDPR where applicable.
- California and US state rights, including know, delete, correct, and non-discrimination rights.
- Right to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
- Right to lodge a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority.
To exercise rights, email contact@gabriel-group.net. We may need to verify identity before processing requests.
9. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.
10. Security Measures
We use layered technical and organizational safeguards, including transport encryption, access controls, monitoring, and incident response procedures.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
